By using the PinoyIRC Network and its Wiki, you agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS). Please read carefully.

  * You may use the network and wiki for **educational, informational, and community purposes** only.
  * Do not use the network or wiki for **illegal activities**, harassment, spamming, or abuse.
  * Respect other users and contributors at all times.

===== Account & Registration =====

  * Register only **your own nickname** or channels you are authorized to manage.
  * Protect your password and account information; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
  * Only registered users may access certain channels or wiki editing privileges.

===== Security =====

  * Do not attempt to bypass security, hack accounts, or disrupt services.
  * Do not share your password or use someone else’s credentials.
  * Report security vulnerabilities or suspicious behavior to IRC Operators or wiki administrators immediately.

===== Channel & Wiki Responsibilities =====

  * Follow network and wiki rules when managing channels or editing pages.
  * Respect access levels and do not attempt unauthorized channel takeover.
  * Keep wiki contributions accurate, respectful, and properly attributed.

===== Prohibited Activities =====

  * Harassment, abusive language, or threats
  * Spamming, flooding, or denial-of-service attacks
  * Posting illegal content, malware, or copyrighted material without permission
  * Impersonation of users, staff, or administrators

===== Content Ownership & Attribution =====

  * Content you create on the wiki remains yours but is licensed for community use.
  * Always attribute third-party content you use.
  * Do not copy copyrighted material without permission.

===== Disclaimers =====

  * The PinoyIRC Network and Wiki are provided “as is”.
  * Administrators are not liable for content posted by users.
  * Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

===== Enforcement =====

  * Violations of the TOS may result in:
    * Temporary or permanent bans from channels or the network
    * Revocation of wiki editing privileges
    * Reporting to authorities if illegal activity is involved

  * Network Operators and Wiki Administrators enforce rules at their discretion.

By using PinoyIRC services and the Wiki, you confirm that you:
